ok i agree with you. but with the lightbublb thing, your on a computer witch takes more electricity then a lightbulb. and my uncle, to protect his farms he had to shoot gophers and there was no giant disease that wiped out all life as we know it.
humans are the giant disease, man. And at least I'm telling people.
i was totes aware of this and just like you i think it is sick and twisted for people to kill animals for no reason.
i am in Canada i know lots of people that hunt (i don't) but i didn't know anyone that hunted till we moved to Ontario i was born in BC i don,t like hunting i find it cruel :(
I'm from B.C and we hunt to feed my family. My family are major hunters but only for the meat. I plan to carry on the tradition and become a taxidermist because of my interest in animal anatomy and beauty.

Guys, people have a right to speak freely in the country, but we DON'T NEED TO BE SO MEAN TO THE PUBLISHER OF THIS PROJECT! This project was really cool. However, the I QUIT thing at the front made me think you were quitting Scratch lol. Keep up the good work :)

i see your point, but the quitting thing was...a bit misleading. i was about to put a comment telling you to bring it up with the government and ask you why in the world one would quit if scratch did nothing to contribute to these terrors. also, about the light thing, its sorta like a rememnant of the past. before we evolved, we had to watch out for creatures in the dark that would eat us

Well said. I think lying about quitting was a little drastic for this, but it's worth it. Don't listen to the other heartless, cocky, and emptyheaded other comments. This is a great way to reach out to the people.

It's true... I was at school and I protested that we shouldn't hunt. Then a kid spoke up and said "We should too hunt! If we dont, wolves will get into peoples houses and eat their babies and bats will rip peoples hair out and snakes will kill people!" I was angry enough to nearly strangle him to death. Mankind is a selfish, cruel, heartless race. I support this project, but I warn you now. Unfortunately, it might change scratchers, but It wont change anything.

Well, there are really two sides to this. One is that, yes, i agree with you. Killing wolves is artificially boosting elk and all that for hunting. On the other hand, (which is way more true :B.) wolves are not in danger, they really are not that great, they are ruthless killers :/ Wolfaboos (please note i AM a technical wolfaboo, but I know this obviously.) need to learn that wolves are not amazing, they don't like you back and they are not even endangered. :B Hate on me all you want. Idc. :U
Wolves are people too. They have their own civilization and life. They are ruthless killers (which may or may not be true) because they need to survive. And also, who are you calling the WOLVES ruthless killers? Mankind is a heartless race killing lots and lots of animals for OUR survival. Every piece of meat that you EVER ate, was an animal once. Wolves arent the only killers, and besides, they mostly eat meat and us selfish humans can eat plants and vegetables instead of meat.
I'm done trying. Kill all the d*mn animals for all I care. But when the ecosystem tumbles out the window just know it was your fault, not mine. Wolves are not ruthless killers, they rarely kill more than they need. When someone discovered a herd of elk 'slaughtered' by wolves it was later proven that they had ALL died from bullet wounds. The vast amount of elk slaughter comes from humans trying to lure wolves into the open. Think about it.
(查看全部回复)I HATE PEOPLE!!! Man, if there's one thing I can't stand it's how people abuse our Earth. I knew about the wolves, the animal traps, and oh gosh there is so much more. Why? Why people? I come on, do we really need to hurt these animals? No. Do we need to hunt to "help" deer and elk populations? No. Do we need to force-feed ducks and abuse other domestic and wild animals? No. Do we need fur AND do we need to skin snakes? No. Well done Foxgirlgamer, on this moving and intriguing post.

This is just beautiful. Your writing, your love for animals, give yourself a pat on the back~ But killing animals is NOT beautiful, it's a terrible deed. I don't really hear about many people dying from wolves, yet you hear about many wolves dying from humans. I totally agree with everything you say. Someone needs to put a stop to this. Hey, and also, ignore all the rude comments you get.

And don't tell me I'm wrong because I spent two months having to write a six-paragraph report on wolves in fourth grade. Humans actually have started this whole wolf suspiciousness. Not the wolves themselves.
