It depends on your processor, java version, whether or not you downloaded it, operating system, and a lot of other stuff.

The only reason why it's so slow is that there's a repeat block. If it handled each pixle INDUVIDUALLY (I spelled that wrong, didn't I? :P) it would draw the screen instantly.

no it wouldn't. Each scratch block takes about 0.01 seconds to process. Repeat that 172800 times (literally) and it would still take forever.
